CompuCamp 2008 Scholarship

Planning to come to UHCL for your summer tech fun?  Age 14 or older?  Then you are eligible to apply for a FULL or PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP for your tuition this summer to attend CompuCamp 2008! 

The Center for Educational Programs at the University of Houston-Clear Lake has grant $$ to assist eligible students for some or all of the cost to register for ONE COURSE in CompuCamp 2008. 

Eligibility Requirements:

Full-time student attending any of the area High Schools.
Basic understanding of PC or Mac operating system and familiarity with Internet.
Interested in attending CompuCamp 2008 classes
Committed to attend each day of the course registered to attend
Willing to use your new technical knowledge in your future education.

There are no other special requirements ... you don't have to have particular grades in the past, be the smartest kid you know, or even have taken any tech courses before. 

Special note:  Financial need is considered only in the size of the scholarship, not whether you qualify.
