Flash Animation
- Bring your art to life! Learn the amazing cutting edge animation techniques using Flash, the web animation program the professionals use. You create your own meaningful art that shows your personal touch, developing powerful images that explode off the screen. This course covers Flash essentials using Micromedia Flash 8 like motion/shape tweens, layers and Flash animation with basic ActionScripting. The student artists will collect all projects in their own electronic art portfolio to share with others.

Follow the Bouncing Ball – Learn how to add motion to an object and change it's appearance by squashing and stretching it as it moves. Exploding Volcano – Create an exploding volcano animation that is activated when the user presses a button. Building a Preloader – design and build a "preloader" animation that tells people that your movie is preparing to play.
